Party Eve!

Spent the evening getting ready for the party tomorrow, after having a few beers at the Rally. Jakob Freely played tonight. that is one sweet band to listen to while drinking a few beers.

Pizza Day!!

Andrea and I successfully walked everyday for two weeks. it was difficult let me tell you. Once I had to get up and go before work because I knew I wouldn't ahve the time later that night. It is a struggle for me to get to work let alone do someting before work. But we did it and now we are reaping the benfits. A large pepperoni pizza!!

Go for the Gold!

I have looked over my weight loss goals and decided that I should just go for it and attempt to lose a solid 100 lbs. I began worrying that the previous goal of 215 may just not be thin enough for me to be healthy.

So my new weight loss goal is 200 lbs, and then I plan to maintain my weight between 200 and 210. This puts me will under the OBESE mark on the BMI scale and should get the Dr. off my back.

So with that in mind, I updated my ticker and moved it to a new location on the page. I stole the layout from IAMHOFF. He is one of the bloggers involved in losing weight and trying to make some money on it, over at the pool.

Nice day for a white wedding

Hit another mile stone today. I made it to 259, and officially losing over 40 pounds so far on this diet. There is a mile stone only 2.5 pounds away that is a big one as well. The half way point to my goal weight of 215.

Business Trip

I went on a business trip today that involved not one but two marketing guys which always means lots of free food at nice places.

I think I was fairly well behaved until we went to a restaurant called Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers in Troy, Ohio on the way home. Great place with lots of the name-sake on hand.

I still managed to eat pretty healthy there.

Went to a Party saturday night and got too drunk to remember how many calories I had.

So as BSN commented in the last post, I really need to get back on the diet hardcore and lose some weight again.

I also got a new scale. The new scale says I weight about 8 pounds more than my old scale said. I trust the accuracy of the new one more than the old one, so I am going to use those weights instead. So I am now sitting at about 268 instead of the 260 that my old scale says.

This sucks.

Sundays calories count is right around 1200.

Amazing Low Calorie Stuffed Peppers

For those of you who are also on this diet thing I have a recipe for you.
We made Classic Stuffed Peppers according to the recipe. Except we substituted ground turkey for the ground beef. So you get these huge stuffed peppers that taste fantastic but only have around 220 Calories. Amazing!!

Feeling good

This morning I decided to do something that I do about once a month. I pick through my closet looking for something that doesn't fit and think that maybe just maybe it will fit today. I normally tear it off as soon as I stretch it over my man boobs. But not today. I am wearing a shirt that I haven't been able to wear in over two years. Not since before I graduated from college. It feels good and I can't wait to try something else on in a few more weeks.

Edit: I wrote that paragraph this morning before my first cup of coffee. After reading it now I see that it sounds Uber-Geigh. I just wanted to say that I am sorry for making you read it and that I am not. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
