Milestone!

Hit another mile stone today. I made it to 259, and officially losing over 40 pounds so far on this diet. There is a mile stone only 2.5 pounds away that is a big one as well. The half way point to my goal weight of 215.

Breakfast:
Granola Bar: 140 C.
Milk: 150 C.

Lunch:
Taco Salad: 300 C.

Dinner:
BBQ Chicken: 220 C.
Cooked Carrots: 60 C.
Cottage Cheese: 80 C.

Snack:
Soft Serve Icecream: 220 C.

Total: 1170 Calories.
