One more day
... until the weekend. Can't wait. We have lots of plans to do nothing!! It will be nice to not be rushed all weekend.
My run went really well last night. I wanted to quit towards the end, but I kept with it and finished up pretty strong. The last minute flew by. it was just the 3 minutes prior that were tough.
Breakfast:

Lunch:
Turkey Sandwich: 150 C.
Pretzels: 120 C.
Cheese Twist: 60 C.
