Hump Day!!
Had a nice long walk with Andrea last night. Put in a solid 3 miles. Tonight I will be walking and getting in my W6D2 run for the C25K plan from Cool Running. Work was pretty busy, but for some reason felt less stressful than Tuesday did. I was just ready to give up on Tuesday.

Turkey Sandwich: 150 C.
Pretzels: 120 C.
Cheese Twist: 60 C.
Snack:

Dinner:

Corn on the Cob: 200 C.
Fresh Fruit w/ Light Cool Whip: 150 C.
The run went great. Ran it at the park which was a nice change from my normal route.
