Moving on down..

the weight is slowly dropping. I have managed to hit 245 today so that puts me an even 55 pounds down on this crazy thing called a diet.

I feel better than ever and I am getting compliments everywhere I go. I just wish I could get my gut to shink down and flatten out. Oh well, patience.

Breakfast:
Granola Bar: 140 C.
Milk: 150 C.

Snack:
Crackers: 200 C.

Lunch:
Turkey Sandwich: 150 C.
Pretzels: 110 C.
Cheese Twist: 60 C.

Snack:
Crackers: 200 C.

Dinner:
Porkchop: 210 C.
Potatoes w/ Ketchup: 175 C.
Veggies: 60 C.
Juice Bar: 60 C.

Snack:
Crackers: 200 C.

Total: 1715 C.
