Back on Track

Back on track today and not falling for any of that Pizza crap.


Breakfast:
1/2 Everything Bagel: 185 C.
8 oz glass of Milk: 100 C.

Lunch:
Banquet Salisbury Steak Meal: 300 C.

Dinner:
Grilled Salmon with Asparagus: 170 C.
Roasted Potatoes: 130 C.

Snacks:
4 Thin Mint Cookies: 140 C.
Chips and Salsa: 200 C.

Total: 1225 Calories.

Watch out for that pizza. Nicely done. 1200 calories? What are you doing to curb your hunger (i.e. gum, drinking lots of water, etc.) or are you just fighting thru?

I really don't get that hungry. I have always had pretty good will power when I try hard.

(Actually I dink a ton of coffee in the morning and water in the afternoon.)
