Leftovers
Hopefully I can get a nice low score today to open up the window for a few beers tomorrow night. Here goes nothing.
Breakfast:
1/2 Everything Bagel w/ Cream Cheese: 185 C.
8 oz. Glass of milk: 100 C.
Lunch:
Leftover Bratwurst (no bun): 290 C.
Leftover Baked Beans: 140 C.
Dinner:
Grilled Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast w/ Bar-B-Que Sauce: 175 C.
Corn: 80 C.
Snacks:
5:00 - Cottage Cheese: 80 C.
Daily Total: 1050 C.
I kick ass. Not even hungry. Making note to eat more chicken.
Tomorrow will be mostly beer calories.

Its a little known fact that beer calories are quite good for you. They raise your spirits and help you sleep at night.
Plus, add them to the brat and it makes lunch even better. You could easily replace the cottage cheese, corn and baked beans with beer.
Hell, make life interesting. Beer for breakfast!
