Back at Work!
So I am back to work after a business trip that left me in complete amazement on the policies of airlines. Horrible.
Breakfast:
Granola Bar: 140 C.
Milk: 150 C.
Snack:
Crackers: 140 C.
Lunch:
Turkey Pita: 150 C.
Pretzels: 120 C.
Cheese Twist: 60 C.
Snacks:
Cheese Crackers: 130 C.
Dinner:
Grilled Chicken Breast: 150 C.
Ceasar Salad: 150 C.
Bread and Butter: 140 C.
Post Workout Snack:
Trail Mix: 300 C.
Total: 1630 Calories.
Got ina 40 minute walk and managed to do the C25K W4D1 work out. Feel pretty good right now, but tomorrow may be a different story.
