Busy Busy Busy Again

Work is extremely busy right now, so it feels great to get out of there at the end of the day. Did my Week 1 Day 3 (W1D3) workout today for the Couch to 5K (C25K) running program. Felt like I was dyeing but I finished it and I plan on moving on next week.


Breakfast:
Granola Bar: 140 C.
Milk: 150 C.

Snack:
Peanut Butter Crackers: 180 C.

Lunch:
Roast Beef Pita: 150 C.
Cheese Twist: 60 C.

Snack:
Cheese Twist: 60 C.

Dinner:
Spaghetti and Meatballs: 580 C.
Salad: 90 C.

Dessert:
Dream Bar: 80 C.

Total: 1490 Calories.
