Cinco de Mayo

I drank too much, I ate too much. I suck.

Breakfast:
1/2 Everything Bagle: 185
8 oz glass of milk: 100

Lunch:
Turkey Pita: 150
Cottage Cheese: 90

Dinner:
2 Chicken Enchiladas: 800
Chips and Salsa: 400

Beer and other drinks: 1000

Total: 2725 Calories.

I need to stop drinking so much. That is for sure.

Maybe so, but one day alone isn't going to kill you. BSN has the right idea...don't look at it from a daily perspective. String a few days together, or even a week. Say you average 1100 to 1300 cal every day (which you seem to do), but on one particular day you log almost 2800 cal. Your average for the week is only around 1400 per day. Not as good as it could be, but certainly less discouraging than staring at one evil day of 2800 cal. It's when you string a few evil days together (like my weekends) that things get bad. Just a thought.
