Moving along
I am officially moving the right direction again. I have recovered from last weeks gains and I am going down again. This morning's weigh in is the lowest so far. It seems that as long as i stay under 2000 calories for the day, I will lose weight.
Breakfast:
English muffin with strawberry jam: 160 C.
Milk: 100 C.
Lunch:
Turkey Pita: 150 C.
Dinner:
Rosemary Chicken: 210 C.
Warm Spinach Salad: 180 C.
Snacks:
Pretzels: 120 C.
1 and 1/2 servings of Strawberry Shortbread: 525 C.
Total: 1445 Calories
